We are currently seeking a motivated, enthusiastic individual for the position of
Graduate Customer Development Officer within our
Automotive Division.

The position will be based at our Head Office located in Salisbury, Brisbane.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage relationships and develop communication with key Automotive OEM Customers.
  • Develop and coordinate sales targets, and liaise closely with the Operations Team to ensure the most productive strategies are utilised based on the most current sales orders and forecasts.
  • Ensure customer requirements are met by liaising with Production Schedulers and ensure that we are achieving on time deliveries.
  • Work with Product Development to ensure new product concepts are presented to key customers.
  • Negotiating pricing and warranty claims with customers.
  • Travel regularly to Customers to ensure we understand their requirements and that they have a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the department conforms to Quality Standards.
  • Ensure the department conforms to the Health and Safety Act and regulations.
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with our customers.
  • Liaising with our customer service department to respond quickly to customer enquiries and to resolve any customer issues.
  • Continually seeking new business opportunities.

Skills Required:


  • Computer literacy.
  • High level of written and oral communication skills.
  • Good sales and negotiation skills.
  • A well developed focus on customer service.
  • Be a self starter, looking for a challenging and a rewarding position.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills.

Salary:

$55, $60,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Salisbury, QLD 4107: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
