The Future Students team at Swinburne University of Technology are looking for a Children's University Coordinator to join their team

The Children's University Coordinator will work to implement program objectives for the Swinburne Children's University, coordinating partnerships with schools and learning destinations; and providing support and guidance across the program.

The Children's University Coordinator is responsible for the development of strong working relationships with partner school representatives and the coordination of the engagement strategy which will include visits to schools, launches, campus events and graduations.

They are also responsible for formation and management of strategic learning destination partnerships.

About You

To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

Demonstrated ability to manage projects and multiple tasks
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with a diversity of individuals from both within and outside the organisation
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team in a dynamic environment
Excellent problemsolving skills including demonstrated ability to resolve issues

Qualifications

A degree with substantial subsequent relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education and training
