Our NSW Community Care division is on the hunt for a high energy Account Manager or Client Relationship Manager to join our team.

With a dedicated focus on the Disability and OOHC Sector within the Sydney & Illawarra Region, you will manage some existing client relationships with a major focus on development of new business partnerships or consulting with warm leads to grow market share.

Working alongside peers locally and interstate you will partner with for purpose organisations and assist in contingent workforce strategies to ensure there are adequate supports to those in need.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Influencing key stakeholders and business leaders to ensure that client relationships are actively managed through regular visits and client engagement

  • Prospecting new leads, arranging client meetings, and
    winning new business:

  • Networking with clients and organisations (including NGOs and Government Departments) to provide leads and pathways for customers to engage HCA's services

Management of ongoing client information and ensuring we have accurate and up to date records of the clients and sites our staff are working at

  • Previous experience in either Communities, Healthcare or Recruitment sector is highly desirable
  • High Attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong belief in great customer service/experiences
  • Confident and clear communicator
  • Proficient with Microsoft software and databases
