About the role

As a Sales Supervisor reporting to the General Manager, you will be an integral part of a tight-knit sales team.

Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the development and maintenance of strategic alliances with national dealers and resellers in both OEM and aftermarket sectors.

Duties

Cultivate robust customer relationships
Devise and execute strategic sales initiatives and marketing programs
Provide technical product support and training
Coordinate and execute product launches
Project manage contracts, ensuring optimal product positioning
Implement methods for generating new business opportunities
Expand and manage client portfolio
Assist the internal sales team
Demonstrate strong skills in sales contract negotiation

Skills and experience

Leadership Skills
Commercial industry experience, preferably in the heavy vehicle or plant equipment sector
Strong communicator
Understanding and knowledge of daytoday finance management
Strong negotiation skills
Highly Desirable: Technical support experience
