- Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- At least 10 years' experience in project engineering, construction and commissioning.
- Experience in Water and Wastewater projects, both treatment and transfer infrastructure.
- Highly developed communication skills to motivate, inspire and influence.
- Attention to detail, and a strong client focus.
- Knowledge of HSE and statutory requirements, including safety case, risk assessment and mitigation processes such as CHAZOP, CHAIR.
- Resourcing, management and supervision of the Commissioning Team.
- Developing commissioning philosophies and methods that minimise risk to safety, the environment, assets and production.
- Ensuring all commissioning documentation and deliverables are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensuring all Company statutory permits and approvals are identified and implemented prior to commencement of work.
- Providing strategic and proactive resolutions to issues identified relating to Commissioning requirements.
- Overseeing all required inspections/Audits and FAT's and ensure commissioning personnel attendance.
