The Role

The APS 6 Business Management Officer roles within the Joint Domain Centre (JDC) offer an excellent opportunity for business management professionals to rise to a new challenge that will give you the opportunity to work across a broad spectrum of Corporate Performance (CP) tasks.


  • Management of workforce supply and demand data in the mandated systems;
  • Workforce reporting across Joint Systems Division (JSD);
  • Performance monitoring and guidance against governance policy and processes;
  • Plan, manage and facilitate assurance and compliance activities across the Division;
  • Development and maintenance of the JSD Risk Management Plan; and
  • Maintenance of the JSD Business Continuity Plan.

In order to succeed in this role you will need the ability to be flexible.

Familiarity with workforce management and/or governance and assurance tasks are essential for this role. Experience in MAPS and/or workforce planning will be highly regarded.
