As a leading provider of insurance products, this client with a household name is seeking talented and experienced customer service officers to operate their call centre.

The brand has a reputation for understanding their customers better than anyone else, therefore, are seeking those with a passion for delivering excellent service and for going above and beyond.

About the role:

You will be integral to customer service operations, managing up to 60+ calls a day.
Representing the brand and its products to current and potential customers
Managing complaints, enquiries, requests for information, and accounts.
You will be contributing to the progression of your team, working collaboratively with other departments in the business
Accumulate a foundational understanding of logistics and regulatory practices around insurance products within Australia.
You will have the confidence to have engaging conversations with a variety of customers
You will have the drive to progress your career long term with a company that is passionate about internal promotion.
Will have experience in customer service and/or sales of services and products.
Will make the most of every call to offer the best products to suit customers needs.
You must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen, or CURRENTLY be a PR holder, and willing to undergo a Criminal/Financial History Check to be eligible for this role
