Who we are:

A full-service digital marketing agency based in Sydney who provide a 360 digital marketing solution to clients within the medical and healthcare field.

What we are looking for:

An experienced Head of Web Design and Development to lead web design and development activities in both a production and managerial capacity, manage client accounts, and drive conversion rate optimization initiatives, acting as a key liaison between clients and various internal teams.

What will you do:

Department and team management
Client account management and onboarding
Website and landing page production and management
Ad copy and A/B test management
Research, data analysis and reporting

What must you have:

Proven experience in website building, UX design, copywriting at leadership capacities.
Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong experience with any design software that allows wireframe and mockup building.
Strong understanding of wireframes, landing page design, ad copywriting, and user behavior.
Proficiency in data analysis and the use of analytics tools to derive actionable insights.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and the ability to suggest improvements for user experience.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and clients
Detailoriented with a passion for staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
A/B testing experience and familiarity with testing methodologies is a plus.
