The Illawarra Turf Club conducts 35 race meetings annually at Kembla Grange Racecourse, Wollongong including the $1million 'The Gong' which is run in November each year.


This is a rare chance to work with passionate people in a dynamic industry, setting an exciting agenda for one of the region's leading sporting venues.

You will be challenged to create an event experience second to none in the Australian Provincial Racing industry.

Extensive experience in the following core capabilities will be required for you to be successful in the role:

  • Commercial results
  • Strategy creation
  • Business Growth
  • Modern Corporate Governance
  • Risk Management

Knowledge of and experience in the Australian Racing industry would be advantageous.
