About the company
Working with a leading disability service with a global presence.
Currently looking for a Funds Admin with an exceptional attention to detail and solution focused mind set for this full-time temp opportunity.
This is working within a team friendly, helpful colleagues with the same goal and like minded values.Responsibilities:
- Managing supported Independent living (SIL) contract processes,
- Creating and maintaining SIL portfolios
- Quality compliance check of SIL
- Checking NDIS plans through NDIS portal
- Maintaining data accuracy
- Providing administrative support
- Responsible for billing and accounts receivable; liaising with Service Coordinators
- Liaise with AR team
- Responsible for creating credit notes and making necessary adjustments
Skills
- Experience working with funds/ invoicing/ billing ideally
- Must have strong attention to detail, take the initiative and be good with numbers
- Must have great interpersonal skills
- Ideally experience working in a services, healthcare or in disability services
- Must have time management skills and maintain a high level of discretion
- Must conduct oneself with patience, welcoming and solution focused attitude.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a NDIS workers clearance and WWCC
