Your contribution

  • Provide high level advice and support to managers and senior management on issues of a sensitive and complex nature including employee grievances, workplace investigations, suspension/alternative duties, disciplinary and appeals. Lead or assist with complex case matters, from receipt to conclusion including discipline, employee grievances and performance management, providing quality advice and support to delegates, managers and employees, and stakeholders. Conduct or case manage complex workplace investigations
  • Take an agile approach to working collaboratively to contribute to and participate in knowledge sharing critical thinking, and solutions implementation, to meet team objectives and deliverables
