Are you a dynamic and experienced Change Specialist seeking an opportunity to contribute your expertise to a renowned Melbourne-based organisation? Davidson are excited to partner with this prominent organisation as they search for a dedicated Change Specialist to join their team on a contract basis through to April 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with the People Stream Team, including Change Managers, Communications, and Training. Create tailored Change Plans following the Platypus Change Approach, ensuring consistency and stakeholder-specific strategies.

Deployment Support: Provide guidance to stakeholders for change readiness during deployment. Collaborate with Program Team, Subject Matter Experts, and Process Teams for a cohesive change rollout.

Progress Monitoring: Track change progress, identifying and managing resistance across the organisation. Report risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation actions for successful change execution.

Effective Communication: Develop and execute communication strategies through various channels. Adapt to changing priorities and support post-implementation activities and reviews.

You will bring:

Proven expertise in change management, encompassing impact assessment, engagement, and communication strategies.
Strong collaboration skills across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Adaptability to shifting project priorities and timelines.
Familiarity with a variety of Change Management Frameworks preferred
