We are in the process of expanding our team in support of our strong pipeline of work and are actively seeking
Project Administration Support Officer to be based at the company's Sydney office.


The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Manage the supplier order process.
  • Coordinate and manage the receipt and despatching of goods.
  • Manage the organisational process of storing goods and keeping the office organised.
  • Provide scheduling support services as required.
  • Provide drafting support using the Company's CAD platform.
  • Manage the project documentation process.
  • Manage the project archives for compliance with the IMS.
  • Support the team in general as required by the Operations Manager and Engineering Manager.

Your background and Experience:


Essential

  • 5+ years of contract administration experience and relevant qualifications.
  • Proficient knowledge of legal requirements pertaining to relevant contracts.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient ability to detect errors and inconsistencies. Determining accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives and making recommendations.
  • Experience in delivering excellent customer service (experience with premium clients is an advantage).
  • Ability to effectively handling multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and setting priorities.
  • Practical approach to identifying and solving problems.
  • Strong sense of initiative and proactive approach.

Desirable

  • Quantity Surveying or relevant degree.
  • Experience in construction and/or engineering industries.
  • Strong database of local trades and contractors
