Centralised end to end business and learning management systems role

  • Collaborating and supporting internal business users and management of external vendors
  • Optimising the capabilities of the software systems into business reporting, performance and learning frameworks


We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our People and Culture team in the role of Business and Learning Management Systems (LMS) Support Officer.

This newly created role is a standalone role managing the functionality of our cloud-based business process management software (Pulse) and LMS (Totara software) across the organisation.

You will ensure that the systems deliver on our business planning and reporting requirements, including employee performance and learning management.

About the Role
The Business and Learning Management Systems Support role will:

  • provide technical and business process support and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- guide and provide continuous improvement in business reporting, performance and learning systems aimed at optimising the functionality of the platforms.
- design, develop and facilitate business user training and create effective user guides and resources.
- ensure system compliance and quality of performance, including the analysis of data and providing regular reports.
- collaborate with business units, People and Culture, Information Technology, and external vendors to ensure business needs and systems requirements are met.

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in technical monitoring of a HRIS system including development of processes, reporting, integration, contract management and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in communicating technical IT language into easy to understand business language.
  • Diploma or Tertiary qualification in Information Technology (or related discipline), is ideal.
  • Knowledge of complementary software packages, such as: Web Browsers, Microsoft Operating System, SQL Service, Learning Management Systems, HRIS systems, including a good understanding of the internet, proxy and IP networking issues.
