Montefiore is seeking enthusiastic, caring and team-orientated Personal Care Workers/Assistant Nurses to support our consumers at our beautiful Hunters Hill campus.

You will be joining a team that is warm, caring, supportive, and enjoys having fun


About you:


  • Previous experience in Aged Care (preferred but not essential)
  • Positive, caring and compassionate
  • Great communicator who enjoys working in a supportive team
  • Fantastic work ethic
  • Open to continuous learning

Desirable:


  • Cert III or IV in Aged Care (or working towards); OR
  • Bachelor of Nursing students

About the role:


  • Provide personal care needs and services as per consumer's individual care needs and care plans
  • Provide personcentred care to residents in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Deliver care that aligns with consumers' dignity, choice, and independence
