Description

Plan, prioritize, and coordinate service requests to ensure that all requests are completed in a timely manner

Monitor and manage the performance of service technicians to ensure that they are meeting service level agreements
Ensure that all service equipment is properly maintained and calibrated, and that adequate supplies are available at all times
Make certain that service contracts and agreements with customers, suppliers, and service providers exceed SLA's
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Ensure that all service operations comply with health and safety regulations
Prepare regular reports on service performance, costs, and customer satisfaction
Proven experience as a Service Controller or similar role
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
