A newly created opportunity with a forward thinking global e-commerce business who is looking for an experienced COO to take their business to new heights.

This role will be part of the senior management team to drive and execute strategies and bring the company's vision to reality.


Key responsibilities:


  • Developing a culture which encourages ethical practices, individual integrity and customer focus.
  • Building streamlined key business processes and refining existing processes with the objective of improving efficiency, cost effectiveness and quality in the company's operations.
  • Maintaining operational quality controls and managing risks.
  • Assessing business strategies and their operational impact.
  • Review and Update standard operating procedures and policies are aligned in compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
  • Full P&L responsibility for the Company's sales/business development function, marketing team and operating groups including sales/revenue, costs, project delivery, profitability and financial outcomes
  • Create and implement a longerterm plan for growth as well as organizationwide execution of growthgenerating strategies

You will have:


  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional business outcomes as a successful Operations Executive
  • Ability to create and deliver a meaningful strategy that aligns with the overarching business strategy and delivers on company objectives.
  • Data-Driven and experienced in using SimilarWeb, Google Analytics
  • Experience in ecommerce sales is essential
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build strong working relationships across all business functions
  • Visionary leadership & strategic thinking Skills
