Preferably you will have some knowledge of electrical or trade based services but not essential


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the daytoday administrative tasks of the company
  • Use Simpro software to manage and update client information
  • Maintain and organize company files and records
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management team

Requirements:


  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Simpro software is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week


Salary:
$27.50 per hour
