- We are currently seeking a
Facility Manager for a medium/large Nursing Home, located in the Shoalhaven region:
- 1st in charge position overseeing the day to day running of a under 100 bed home.
- You will ensure a positive team culture and environment for the residents of this home.
- You will oversee the day to day running over the home including occupancy, relationships with key stakeholders, and compliance against the Aged Care Standards.

Skill & Experience

- Ability to lead, educate and motivate staff.
