About the Role
We are currently looking for a Classroom Learning Assistant to join our inclusive and welcoming community.

The Classroom Support Assistant (CSA) is a member of the Classroom Support Team (CST) that plays a key role in supporting classroom teachers to ensure that all students with diverse learning needs can access and participate in the curriculum and activities in order to achieve the academic goals and social skills required for independent learning and confident participation.

Essential Criteria

A commitment to the goals of Catholic education and a readiness to foster the aims and vision of the College in the wider community
Applies knowledge in areas and a range of skills in a variety of roles and tasks
Uses discretion and judgement in organising and achieving outcomes in time constraints
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, in particular the ability to relate well to students and to work in teams with staff members
Initiative and the ability to handle a number of tasks concurrently, working independently and flexibly to adjust to changing situations
