We are looking for a Purchasing Officer
Harvey Norman Commercial Project Division is a leading supplier to the Victorian building, plumbing and development sectors. We are rapidly expanding in the Victorian market and are looking for a Purchasing Officer to join our busy team

Our successful applicant will:

Organise stock callups in line with client project schedules
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure ontime delivery
Prepare and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures
Keeping relevant departments informed of backorders and due date
Possess the ability to multitask
Have Intermediate Microsoft Office suite skills
Answer internal and external queries regarding purchase orders to assist our clients
Contact suppliers promptly with any goods receipt discrepancies to ensure claims are returned in an acceptable timeframe
Provide full support to our Account Managers and Sales Teams
