A unique opportunity exists to join OrangeTheory Fitness as a professional sales associate. This position will be responsible for seamlessly running our Front of House member experience and membership sales. With a passion for providing outstanding customer service, it will also be your responsibility to exceed members' expectations.

  • Strong understanding of member engagement and operational excellence.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Positive, motivating, and practical communication skills.
  • Able to multitask and excel in a busy environment.
  • Takes ownership of every role to obtain optimum results.
  • Experience with KPIs and working toward sales targets.
  • Flexible to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
