About the Role


We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer who will provide a broad range of Administrative support to the college community.

This position is a hybrid across both Students Services and main Reception.


Essential Criteria

  • Respect of and a commitment to the College's Catholic ethos and a willingness to foster it in the College Community;
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills including empathy, good listening skills and the ability to negotiate and liaise with parents, staff or students;
  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience and a willingness to undertake professional development;
  • The ability to maintain strict confidentiality and to exercise discretion and sound judgement;
  • Demonstrated organisational skills including the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and use initiative;
  • Ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively, within a busy environment;
  • The ability to use a level of technology appropriate to the position and/or a willingness to learn other position specific software and highly developed attention to detail;
  • Basic understanding of financial transactions.
