    Description

    This role is part of our campaign to reach out to wider Ramco HCM Functional Consutlants on expression of interest basis. So that we can reach out to you when we have suitable roles for your availability and interest.

    Requirements

    Essential

    • 5+ years of experience in any ERP solutions especially in HRMS modules.
    • Strong background in Human Resources and Payroll processes and applications
    • Excellent in defining business requirements, identify system solutions to meet the business need
    • Capable to deriving the Functional Design specification and use cases
    • Candidate should have the deep knowledge and skills in HR and Payroll software
