Salary - $51,882 - $70,722 includes Annual Leave Loading & Superannuation


We are looking for a team member who is passionate about customer service and relationship building with experience working in a health, disability or a community setting very advantageous.

You will bring your ability, enthusiasm and energy to work in a dynamic, fast paced and changing environment to deliver a client focus whilst also managing relationships with multiple referral agencies being essential to the role.


You will also provide support to our Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists Speech Pathologists, Positive Behaviour Support and Key Workers to deliver quality outcomes for our clients.


What do you need?

  • 23 years experience in administration with customer service and relationship building skills
  • Experience with scheduling or rostering and calendar management
  • Ability to demonstrate a high degree of skill in managing our client database and practice administration system (experience with Sales Force is advantageous)
  • Take personal responsibility for participant satisfaction by consistently meeting or exceeding customer needs and expectations
  • Act with a sense of urgency, set clear priorities and focus on the completion of tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Actively participate as a member of a team to help ensure that the team achieves its objectives
  • Approach problems with a "cando", problem solver attitude and enjoy the challenges that come each day
  • Be change ready we are always changing, improving and evolving so you will have the ability to take on feedback and grow your skills
  • Demonstrate an ability to complete and evaluate processes to ensure that participant on boarding and experience is of the highest quality
  • Previous experience working within the Disability sector is desirable but not essential
