About The Role


Endeavour Foundation's Employment Solutions division provides real opportunities for people with barriers to employment the chance to work within Supported Hosted employment (SHE) and Supported Independent (SIE) employment environments.


As the Growth Specialist you will be responsible for identifying targeted and relative Hosted Employment opportunities for our internal supported employees who currently work within our Disability Social Enterprise sites, as well as externally for people with disability in QLD.

The sector this role is accountable to specifically target to deliver SHE opportunities will be State and local government departments.


Your responsibilities will include:

Proactively engage the market and drive effective client growth, acquisition, and retention strategies to establish sustainable client relationships within government.

  • Identify opportunities for region campaigns, services and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in customer engagement and retention.
  • Outbound sales and prospecting experience with government are a prerequisite.
  • Collaborate to bring innovative solutions and create bespoke solutions for clients based on their needs.
  • Foster a culture emphasising quality, high performance, profitability, and growth, ensuring a clear understanding and commitment to its goals, KPIs, and strategy.
  • Establish performance outcomes and metrics for key project deliverables including clear definitions for monitoring, reporting, and communication requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and the required employment outcomes are realised.
  • Establish performance outcomes and measures for key project goals and define monitoring, reporting and communication requirements.
  • Keep abreast of any emerging risks and contribute to the identification and management processes.
  • Provide regular reports to the General Manager of Employment Solutions, detailing pipeline activities, forecasted revenue, and KPI deliverables.
  • Determine crossselling opportunities among different locations.
  • Develop business proposals for existing and new customers.

About You
-
Demonstrated experience working in a commercial environment to establish and nurture new and existing business within government sectors to achieve revenue targets set by the organisation.

  • Proven success in developing strong collaborative relationships with key internal and external customers.
  • A minimum of 5 years industry experience within the Disability and or Employments sectors effectively delivering high performance outcomes.
  • Proven track record of surpassing revenue and performance targets, along with a history of establishing strong collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in mitigating and managing tactical and operational risks, coupled with a solid understanding of quality standards and contractual obligations.
  • Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with individuals that present with complex barriers and vulnerability.
