This position is located in the Southern Suburbs, providing on-site parking, and it is an office-based role.
The Role
You will be in charge of:
- Allocations
- Receipting
- Reconciliations (Bank and General Ledger)
- Basic Collections
- Credit Applications
- Working with multiple bank accounts
- Proficiency in Excel
- Providing Excellent Customer Service with High Attention to Detail
Skills and Experience
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position
- Previous exposure to a fast-paced setting involving multiple systems
- An enthusiastic and optimistic can-do approach
- Effective time management abilities - finding a balance between quality output and efficiency
- The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
