This position is located in the Southern Suburbs, providing on-site parking, and it is an office-based role.

The Role

You will be in charge of:

Allocations
Receipting
Reconciliations (Bank and General Ledger)
Basic Collections
Credit Applications
Working with multiple bank accounts
Proficiency in Excel
Providing Excellent Customer Service with High Attention to Detail

Skills and Experience

To excel in this role, you should have:

Demonstrated experience in a similar position
Previous exposure to a fast-paced setting involving multiple systems
An enthusiastic and optimistic can-do approach
Effective time management abilities - finding a balance between quality output and efficiency
The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
