Our client is one of Australia's largest Facilities Management companies, providing maintenance, and operations solutions to support various companies and communities across he nation.

Their electrical business division is seeking a competent Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team.

In this role you will work with the finance team to generate a large volume of invoices for external clients, do banking reconciliations and liaise with clients regarding collections.

Someone who is able to work mostly independently and is an excellent communicator will do well in this role.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Daily invoicing through system
  • Resolve any billing discrepancies
  • Create and accurately send a large volume of customer invoices in a timely manner
  • Debt collection, cash allocation and management
  • Reconciling customer accounts
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required to assist the finance team
  • At least 3 years' experience in Accounts receivable
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Competent with the Microsoft office suite
  • Strong customer service and client management skills
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
  • Excellent problemsolving ability
  • Experience with D365 would be well regarded
