As an experienced Construction Supervisor, you will play a critical role in managing our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of supervisors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Oversee the daytoday operations of construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and implement changes as necessary.
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenditures and ensuring costeffectiveness.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met and to facilitate smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of construction and finish.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve project outcomes.

• At least 510 years of proven experience in construction supervision, with a strong track record of successfully completed projects.
• Experience managing other supervisors and leading teams to achieve project goals.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective construction of buildings.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
• A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field if possible.
• Certifications in construction management, safety, and other relevant areas will be considered an advantage.
