This Imaging Manager position is pivotal in leading the day-to-day operations, calling for an individual who is personable, reliable and resilient to the dynamic nature of this busy and high performing clinic.

The clinic houses all modalities, and your role will involve the management and supervision of the operational running of each department.


This role invites endless possibilities to stretch your leadership skills and is the perfect blend of managerial and clinical work.

You will be encouraged to provide strategic direction for your clinic and the wider region, so a drive for big-picture thinking and innovation is highly regarded here.


The Role

  • Manage, develop, and mentor staff and provide clinical guidance.
  • Ensure outstanding service delivery and provide supervision of the daytoday management of the medical imaging department.
  • Deliver strategic initiatives and project management to add value to the wider organisation's goals.
  • Provide quality improvement initiatives and review and refine work practices to improve clinical and financial outcomes.

About You

  • Previous experience leading a team within Medical Imaging field or demonstrated drive to achieve in this space.
  • Relevant registrations and licenses to your field of practice (i.e ASAR/AHPRA etc). All modalities accepted, incl. NMT, Radiography, Ultrasound
  • Hunger for excellence, desire for a challenge and passion for achieving.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including patients, staff and referrers.
  • Ongoing commitment to skill development also encompassing personal and professional growth for yourself and the team.
