- Due to the growth of this industry leader our client is looking to expand their Melbourne office. They require a contract specialist from a large Civil Contractor._
About the Role of Contracts Manager
Duties will comprise but not be limited to:
- Measuring and describing the work including the preparation of tender documentation and negotiation with contractors and clients
- Must be able to design a full subcontractors contract
- Preparing and using detailed budgets and cost plans
- Managing a team of Contracts Administrators
- Preparing and interpreting turnover / cash flow projections and profit / loss forecasts
- Undertaking the valuing of variations and potential variations
- Preparing and presentation of financial control
- The preparation and agreement of final accounts
As a Contracts Manager you will have had at least 7 years experience in a similar role and have CA experience on projects over $500m in value.
