An exciting opportunity has come up in our Technology Services team for a Platform Subject Matter Expert. In this role you will help build out our Customer Communication & Content Management (CCM) platform.
The role will involve working with Partners, Software Engineers, and IT professionals to deliver monitoring & improving the operational experience of the CCM platform.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the delivery of all build artefacts effectively to ensure quality outputs
- Work closely with the team of software engineers to build, customise and integrate software solutions
- Ensure the solution addresses regulatory compliance, implementation and maintenance constraints
- Work with the Principal technologists on upgrading the IT infrastructure to latest versions so the QBE has the latest and greatest of the technology infrastructure
- Ensure consulting services and project focus is on delivering support to IT strategic objectives
You will have good experience in automated deployments and continuous integrations. Hands on development on client server and n-tier systems with very strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will have experience with logging, monitoring and alerting platforms.
Other requirements include:
- Strong working knowledge of OpenText Exstream
- Good knowledge of scripting languages and version controls
- Must be competent in working in 'Agile' working environments.
- 8+ years relevant experience
- Good communication and stakeholder management.
- Travel to National and International sites may be required.
