The Organisation:

The Role:
Working as part of the Dispute Services team and reporting to a Lead Officer in the Client Services, you will be responsible for resolving and escalating a range of building disputes including conflicts related to construction, alterations and renovations, extensions, demolitions, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Assess disputes to determine jurisdiction according to legislation and business rules
- Determine the appropriate action for cases including the need to escalate
- Make recommendations for Dispute Resolution Orders where a record of agreement cannot be reached
- Facilitate conciliation meetings in a variety of types and settings
- Document case actions, communications, and decisionmaking using MS Dynamics
Skills & Experience:
- Experience working within a similar complaint focused organisation
- Confident in dispute resolution techniques
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing highvolume caseloads
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus
- Booster vaccination required
