Who we're looking for:


We are looking for an experienced Training Lead to join our Program Management Team supporting a complex business transformation project by leading the planning, development and delivery of end-user training for a new ERP and business processes.


In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective training strategy and plan, based on your Training Needs Analysis/Assessment, aligned to the program and business objectives to prepare all areas of our business for the future.


Utilising your exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and instructional design capability, you will collaborate with our business leaders and champions to develop, create, and deliver engaging, interactive course content and end-user training.

Experience with Miles ERP, and the Finance or Fleet Management industry would be an advantage.


What you'll be doing:


  • Lead and manage the engagement with stakeholders, delivering comprehensive Training Needs Analysis and developing training development and delivery plans which align with learning objectives and support different learning styles.
  • Working collaboratively, you will obtain an indepth understanding of the new processes, systems, and enduser experiences/ways of working.
  • Design, create and deliver interactive, engaging, learning materials to meet end user needs, validating the accuracy with Subject Matter Experts. E.g., presentations, elearning modules, videos, scenarios, and assessments.
  • Manage the delivery of the training stream including, preparing, and updating training and implementation plans, conducting training sessions and ensuring implementation plans are adhered to within the agreed timeframes.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and surveys, continuously improving approach.
  • Provide weekly reporting on milestones, feedback, training effectiveness, and schedule.

Requirements:


  • Experience in developing high quality end user training materials for use in various delivery modes.
  • Experience in running customised training workshops that have differing levels of experience in the utilisation of technology.
  • Experience in creating various technical documentation such as user guides, help guides, support material, cheat sheets, eLearning content, video training bites, etc.
  • Experience in delivering training to support new business processes and ways of working.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills interpersonal, written and verbal with the ability to influence and inspire groups of people with a passion for transferring knowledge and skills.
  • Experience in developing implementation plans, processes, and tools to support the implementation of complex systems that impact multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Strong skills in evaluation and assessment with the ability to independently resolve complex issues raised by end users.

Relevant educational background with preference for a Bachelor's degree in a related field, Professional Training and Assessment certification and Instructional Design qualifications.
