About the role


You will primarily be responsible for supporting the
Senior Investment and Operations Manager and work closely with the Finance team to deliver high quality reconciliation services.


Some of your key responsibilities will be:

  • Providing assistance to managers during monthly proformas and invoicing
  • Reconciling Spectra with media invoices, ensuring there is 100% accuracy
  • Liaising with the media team to ensure any discrepancies are in order prior to approval dates.
  • Ensuring any account queries received are addressed within 48 hours by the Media team.
  • Distribution of invoices and providing support on aged debt, and assisting in month end reports.

About you
This is an entry level position and full training will be provided by News Corp Australia.

The skills required to be considered for this role are:


  • Excellent attention to detail, and accuracy when working with numbers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to match.
  • Thrives under pressure, takes initiative, and has a solution focused mindset.
  • Can multitask, has excellent planning and organisation skills and works well in a team.
  • Prior experience in a Media Reconciliation role is highly desired (6 months +)
  • Prior experience using Spectra is not essential but will be highly regarded.
