We are a fast-paced casual fine dining restaurant, that prides itself on exceptional, yet friendly service, open Monday to Saturday for lunch & dinner.

• Minimum 1 year experience in the restaurant industry, (within a fine dining environment is desirable but not essential)
• Passion for the food & beverage industry, ideally Italian
• Can work a section of up to 8 tables
• A valid RSA
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• An eye for detail
• Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
• Ability to work effectively as part of a small team
• Willingness & desire to learn and develop your hospitality skills
• Flexible availability over a 6day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
