- Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to finished vehicles.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify key metrics, develop reports, and provide insights to inform decisionmaking.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor inventory levels, vessel schedules, and shipment timelines to ensure timely delivery of finished vehicles.
- Coordinate with different departments and transporters to ensure efficient delivery of finished vehicles.
- Project and plan volume per day to meet customer demand.
- Track and manage spend related to finished vehicle transportation.
- Provide status updates to internal stakeholders.
- Project and plan vehicle volume per day to meet demands for the month/quarter/year
- Monitor inventory levels, vessel schedules, and transport timelines
- Identify key metrics, develop reports, and provide insights to inform decisionmaking
- Track and manage spend related to vehicle transportation
- Conduct adhoc analysis and support as needed.
- 2+ years of experience in data coordination/analysis, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data analysis to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with different departments and transporters.
