What to Expect

What You'll Do

Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to finished vehicles.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify key metrics, develop reports, and provide insights to inform decisionmaking.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Monitor inventory levels, vessel schedules, and shipment timelines to ensure timely delivery of finished vehicles.
Coordinate with different departments and transporters to ensure efficient delivery of finished vehicles.
Project and plan volume per day to meet customer demand.
Track and manage spend related to finished vehicle transportation.
Provide status updates to internal stakeholders.
Project and plan vehicle volume per day to meet demands for the month/quarter/year

Conduct adhoc analysis and support as needed.

What You'll Bring

2+ years of experience in data coordination/analysis, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to communicate complex data analysis to nontechnical stakeholders.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with different departments and transporters.
