The Role

Air Combat Electronic Attack System Program Office (ACEASPO) has an exciting opportunity for an APS6 Unit Security Officer (USO) to advise commanders and managers on all security matters within the SPO.

As the ACEASPO USO, you will be responsible to the Business Manager for the day to day operation of security related activities across the Air Combat Electronic Attack Enterprise (ACEA Enterprise).

The USO role focuses on a few key areas - including but not limited to management and oversight of the:

Recording of security incidents and breaches.
Unit security plans.
Security register.
Unit security key register.
Unit Security Standing Orders (USSO).
Personnel and physical security and
Security education and awareness.

About our Team
The APS6 Unit Security Officer is a key position within ACEASPO and the wider ACEA Enterprise.

This role directly contributes to the effectiveness and efficiency of security within the Air Combat and Electronic Attack SPO on a daily basis by focussing on best practice security management supported by streamlined and relevant processes and procedures.

The Air Combat Electronic Attack Systems Program Office (ACEASPO) is located on RAAF Base Amberley within the city of Ipswich and the state of Queensland.

Your high level of communication and engagement skills will be applied to engage with and address the SPO on all security matters.
