One of the world's largest sleep product manufacturers is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their successful team.

This company is heavily involved with many Australian charities and is a major sponsor for a well-known sports team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
  • Communicating with customers and service providers through various channels.
  • Provide product information and respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Manage customer records, requests, transactions, and provide feedback.

Ideally you will have the following:

  • Tertiary education or equivalent business practical experience.
  • Previous experience in a call centre, administration, or sales support role.
  • Advanced computer systems skills such as MS Office, ERP, Warehouse Inventory Management, etc.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
