One of the world's largest sleep product manufacturers is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their successful team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
- Communicating with customers and service providers through various channels.
- Provide product information and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Manage customer records, requests, transactions, and provide feedback.
Ideally you will have the following:
- Tertiary education or equivalent business practical experience.
- Previous experience in a call centre, administration, or sales support role.
- Advanced computer systems skills such as MS Office, ERP, Warehouse Inventory Management, etc.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
