About the role

  • Benetas is looking for an experienced researcher for the position of Insights Manager. The role is responsible for designing, building and leading the enterprisewide Benetas Insights strategy. The Insights Manager will be responsible for building an efficient insights function, and delivering meaningful insights on a regular basis that address a wide variety of internal and external stakeholder needs.
  • The Insights Manager, together with one direct report, will be responsible for:
  • Building a deeper understanding of our current and prospective customers, and delivering actionable insights to the business which will help inform short and longer term organisational priorities.
  • Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements around measurement of Residential Aged Care experiences.
  • Growing awareness of our brand as a thought leader by delivering high quality, innovative, and actionable research we can use to advocate for issues facing the aged care sector and older people generally.
  • More specifically, the role is responsible for:
  • Measurement of customer experience to meet legislative requirements
  • Measurement of experiences of customers for commercial benefit
  • Building thought leadership for brand awareness and effective advocacy
  • Supporting business units across the organisation to deliver actionable insights that underpin longterm strategy and shortterm initiatives.
  • This role sits on the Leadership team of the Customer, Insights and Marketing team, and reports into the GM, Customer, Insights & Marketing. The position is located at our Support Office in Hawthorn East, just 10 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD.

About you
- _Tertiary qualification in quantitative analysis, marketing, market research, psychology or a related field_

  • Extensive experience and knowledge of a range of research activities including sourcing, analysing, and interpreting complex data, designing, and executing qualitative and quantitative market research studies.
  • Familiar with advanced statistical techniques including conjoin modelling, segmentation and driver analysis
  • Ability to participate, lead and influence team discussions to bring the voice of the consumer into consideration and decision making
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Highly developed organisational and time management skills
  • Experience in building and leading an online community
  • Developed understanding of the older Australian demographic and issues for the aged care industry
  • Familiarity with a Voice of the Customer platform such as Qualtrics, Medallia or similar
