The Role
This role is a 18 Month Contract


The Service Improvement and Redesign Manager will be involved in planning, facilitating and evaluating change management in support of service improvement of Anglicare's community services.

The role will work collaboratively to implement new service models, processes, system and data changes, and embed transformation in order to ensure Anglicare Southern Queensland (Anglicare) is a high performing, client-centred organisation.

Some responsibilities of the role will include...

  • Engage with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to redesign processes and systems that enable excellent client service and improve service models.
  • Lead the development, planning, implementation of and review of service improvement activities using project methodology when appropriate.
  • Identify risks, gaps and potential problem areas, prioritise actions and escalate as required.
  • Evaluate service improvement or redesign implementation and outcomes; share findings.
  • Design and develop service redesign communication, and change management plans.
  • Communicate, liaise and engage stakeholders to ensure endorsement and buyin.
  • Facilitate service development collaborative workshops with stakeholders.
  • Develop an environment which enables staff to work collaboratively within the team.
  • Work flexibly and travel to different locations to support services as required.

Ideal Experience & Skillset

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Communications or a related field
  • Qualifications in Project Management
  • PMBok, Prince II _desirable_
  • Experience working within community and aged care organisations; knowledge of reforms, funding models, compliance and quality frameworks.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of person and client centred principles and frameworks.
  • Proven ability to facilitate service redesign methodology.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, conduct diagnosis, analyse findings, generate options and build commitment to solutions.
  • Effective planning and project management with the ability to set and work to deadlines.
  • Demonstrated change management skills, workshop design and facilitation skills.
  • National Police Check
  • Current Drivers License
  • Covid19 Immunisation certificate
