The Responsibilities:


  • Manage the Brand of the Company and Projects.
  • Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities.
  • Create branded advertising campaigns and manage the marketing and design consultancy teams.
  • Set up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities and competitor analysis.
  • Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.
  • Traffic all advertising efforts to appropriate channels.
  • Develop and manage key internal communication systems.
  • Create, maintain and strengthen the organisation's overall brand through all media avenues.
  • Providing leadership to the marketing design and process to delivery of key progress milestones.
  • Maintain competitor analysis and report monthly.
  • Management of webpages and social media content and analytics and reporting of use.

Ideal Skills/Experience:


  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline and relevant industry experience
  • 5+ years experience in residential land or masterplanned communities.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
  • Manage your time efficiently, along with the ability to priorities work.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite of programs including word, outlook, PowerPoint, excel and project.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Content and or Customer Management Systems (CMS).
  • Excellent knowledge of Online, Social Media and PR
