THE ROLE:
Your key responsibilities supporting at Partner Level within the Restructuring & Insolvency Dispute Resolution team will include:

  • Liaising with clients
  • Managing various ongoing projects as required
  • Opening and closing files
  • Monthly billing and invoicing
  • Working directly with clients, developing and maintaining relationships, and assisting with business development activities
  • Drafting correspondence and documents
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements

THE CANDIDATE:
To be successful in the role you must have:

  • MUST have Legal Secretarial experience ideally within Litigation and supporting multiple fee earners
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Excellent customer service and client relationship skills;
  • Flexibility to work on tasks outside of your position description
  • Proven ability to prioritise effectively
