Rare Opportunity:
Grow a diverse portfolio of Commercial Banking customers in South West Queensland as a Relationship Executive. You will work with businesses in manufacturing, logistics and transport sectors.

Specifically, You Will

Engage customers, foster relationships, understand needs, support current business, and identify growth prospects.
Collaborate with product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions.
Strategically guide and execute deals, adeptly structuring and negotiating financial solutions.
Assume proactive ownership of risk management, ensuring comprehensive mitigation throughout the process.

Possess a passion for constructing customercentric, robust relationships and effectively managing portfolios.
Have solid business banking experience with the ability to lead business origination for diverse customer sectors
Display a growthoriented mindset, strong commercial acumen, while seeking to enhance financial knowledge
Have excellent communication, coupled with tenacity, resilience, and selfdriven initiative. tertiary qualifications in commerce or finance a plus
