Our client in Ingleburn are currently seeking an experienced administrator for their office.


Key position requirements:

  • MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Access knowledge, PDF Architect, WhatsApp, DropBox, OneDrive, SalesForce.
  • Accounting software knowledge, such as Reckon Accounts, Xero.
  • Processing of customer purchase orders from quote to sales order, ensuring manufacturing work orders updated, order confirmations sent.
  • Purchase order follow ups if required.
  • Processing of supplier purchase orders and receipting/matching of goods and relevant documentation for approval.
  • Invoicing of sales including preparation of dispatch documentation (packing slips).
  • Coordination of run sheets for local deliveries and couriers/freightliners for larger freight dispatches to local, interstate and overseas customers.
  • Maintenance of spreadsheets with price lists, product listings, manufacturing listings and drawings.
  • Inventory listings for various projects.
  • Assist with the preparation and conversion of customer drawings to manufacturing drawings.
  • Assist in supporting our staff on site and off site.
  • Other general duties as required, including stationery and stock ordering.

$ $33.00 per hour

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)

  • Administration: 1 year (preferred)
