They are now extending their team and eager to develop the skills of a dynamic Sales Associate and Lead Generator who will be mentored and trained working with the high profile Principal and top earning Agent, located in Ryde, an up and coming prime area for new and present residential properties.

Your Role

List & Sell properties
Appraisals
Lead Generating
Opening homes
Negotiate Sales transactions
Local area knowledge & experience
Conducting comparative market studies
Creating property marketing materials
Market research
Compiling property data such as surveys and summary reports
Reporting and analysis
Monday to Saturday; day of in lieu during week
Top performing office/team of the area
Joining the directors personal team

Essential Requirements For This Role

Previous experience as a Lead Generator/Sales Associate
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Results driven, strong work ethic
Clear leadership and management skills
Initiative, enthusiasm and a positive, cando attitude
Must be highly driven, motivated and fearless

Experience preferred - 6 to 12 months but will take entry level:
