Working on site you will be delivering educational programs and initiatives to enhance employee knowledge, skills and performance to both new employees and new starters.

This is a Part time position,
5 days per fortnight, and is based at Charles O'Neil, Mayfield West with travel required to St Johns New Lambton and Our Lady of Loreto Gardens in Hamlyn Terrace NSW.

Job Description:

The key focus areas are_**- Co Ordinating and delivering the induction and onboarding program to newly hired employees

Delivering and/or facilitating education and training to all Residential Aged care (RAC) employees within the home to meet role expectations and ensure compliance across all Aged care Quality Standards
Conducting education and training needs analysis and develop a learning plan to address identified gaps

Qualifications:

What you need to be considered for the role_**- Cert IV Workplace Training & Assessment or something similar - essential

Experience in delivering education & training programs using adult learning principles
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety
Solid understanding of Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality standards
Previous experience working in a Residential Aged Care setting
Clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process
IT savvy, full Microsoft Suite and able to pick up new systems with ease
Able to work independently and part of a multi disciplinary team
COVID vaccinated
NDIS check or willing to obtain
