Our client is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, forklift driver and yard hand to work in a busy yard. Our client is a highly successful, large family business in the building supplies industry.
You will be working with various construction materials dealing with tradies and general public, helping fulfil their order. The role also includes loading and unloading trucks.
Experience forklift drivers who have good knowledge around loading trucks ensuring even distribution of weight and ensuring loads are secured according to safety regulations will be highly regarded.
To be successful, you will need to demonstrate;
Good customer service skills
You have worked in a similar warehouse or production environment
Experience driving a forklift with a current licence
Excellent communication skills in all situations
A desire to learn and to develop new skills.
A reasonable level of physical fitness
Attention to detail
