As we continue to expand, we are looking for a
motivated and flexible Window Tinting Technician to join our team.

No previous experience in window tinting is required as we offer comprehensive training to ensure you are fully equipped to meet our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to various job sites as scheduled, performing window tinting services on residential and commercial properties.
• Has experience in physical labour, using tools which require precision skills (preferred).
• Clean windows and prepare surfaces for tinting according to company guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all client queries and concerns are addressed promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of jobs completed and materials used.
• Capture highquality photos or video footage of completed work for promotional use on the company's social media platforms.
• Process payments using the company's EFTPOS terminal.
• Ensure timely arrival and efficient completion of all assigned jobs.
• Leverage the company's CRM platform, Trello, for lead management.
• Handle inbound calls from potential leads, providing detailed answers to any tintingrelated inquiries and contribute to sales conversions by nurturing leads with strategic followup calls.
• Participate in training and development sessions to improve skills and stay updated with the latest tinting techniques and technologies.

Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in Australia.
• Possession of an active Queensland driver's license.
• Own a reliable vehicle (hatchback, ute, SUV or van) with sufficient space to carry materials.
• Experience or quick adaptability in managing inbound calls, offering knowledgeable tinting advice, and maintaining excellent customer service.
• The ability to learn how to effectively convert and nurture leads with strategic followup and strong communication.
• Experience with EFTPOS terminals preferred, or a quick learner in secure and efficient payment transactions.
• Must have or be willing to obtain an Australian Business Number (ABN).
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including cleaning and measuring.
• Highly organized, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.
• Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work oncall, with a schedule that varies week to week.
• Willingness to drive any distance to and from job sites.
• Comfortable working alone and completing jobs autonomously.
