We're working with an established and growing organisation in the health & wellness sector, who are looking to grow their marketing team


Responsibilities

  • Product Knowledge and Expertise:
  • Develop a deep understanding of the features, benefits, and unique selling points.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and advancements in water purification technology to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Sales Enablement:
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director and General Manager of Sales to create sales tools, training materials, and Partner support materials that effectively communicate the value proposition.
  • Advertising and Promotion:
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that elevate brand awareness and drive demand across both B2B and B2C channels.
  • Utilize various marketing channels to maximise campaign revenue, including digital, print, social media, events, and more.
  • Customer Retention
  • Accountable for the effective execution and ongoing optimisation of the Customer Reminder Service.
  • Gather customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and other feedback channels to understand pain points and satisfaction levels.
  • Develop targeted retention marketing campaigns to encourage repeat purchases and increase customer loyalty.
  • Digital Marketing:
  • Optimize the company website, landing pages, and other online assets to drive conversions and enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with Agency Partners to execute and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media channels, and display networks.
  • Execute the content marketing plan that aligns with the customer journey and addresses our target audience's pain points and needs.
  • Collaborate with Agency Partners to improve the organic search visibility.
  • Pricing and Product Management
  • Analyze cost structures, production expenses, and profit margins to determine appropriate pricing models.
  • Consider various pricing models, such as valuebased pricing, subscription options, and promotional pricing, to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand pricing trends and customer expectations.

About you

  • Physical product marketing
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C is ideal
  • Over 5 years of experience within marketing
  • A genuine interest in the holistic health & wellness sector, and making an impact to people's lives through the work you do.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven marketing decisions.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and differentiate our products in the market.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
